FAQ 1: How much will I be charged for an Initial Assessment?

You will not be charged a penny for an assessment.

One of our Advisors will run through your financial situation over the phone and explain the options available to you and the best way to clear your debts. There is no obligation to you and you will not be charged a penny.

FAQ 2: Who will see the information I provide?

Confidentiality is very important to us. We will not pass your details to any other company. You will only ever receive correspondence from us and if at any time you would like us to stop contacting you, just say.

FAQ 3: What information must I have to hand?

You dont need the exact balances or payments of your debts. All you need to know is roughly what you owe in unsecured debts, the normal payments for these debts.

You also need to know what your income is after tax. For many people this varies so we just need to know the average.

FAQ 4: How Long will it take?

That really depends on your circumstances and how complicated your situation is but we generally say allow half an hour for a conversation with one of our advisors.

This will give us enough time to ask you the necessary questions and then we can either put together a debt plan while you are on the phone or we can call you back when it is convenient.

FAQ 5: Will I be tied in to anything?

No. We offer confidential, free advice and if you decide to handle your debts in a different way then we will not contact you again.
